When you are done making updates to the content, you must approve the corresponding request. This sends the content to the next workflow station. Your work is not done until you approve the request. You must approve the request even if you have made no changes.
If needed, navigate to the Request Details page.
From the Catalog Navigator Home page, click view next to Assigned Change Requests.
Click the request number for the target request.
Make sure that you have completed all your catalog edits.
Check the General Content list to make sure that you have reviewed all the items in the request.
Check the Action Rationale column in the Change Request History section to see if there were any additional instructions or information relevant to this request.
Observe that the Change Request History section shows the history of this request before it was sent to you. Your name and changes will be added to the request history after you approve the request.
Use the Action Rationale box to add any notes that should be passed on to the next workflow station.
